I am not normally a pecan pie lover, but these pecan pie cheesecake cookies have me always wanting more! This cookie is stuffed with homemade pecan pie filling and a cinnamon cream cheese topped with more pecan pie filling. And let me tell you, I could eat this filling by the spoonful!
