Thick Mints - I don't know about you, but the other mint cookie is my absolute favorite! Here you have similar characteristics, but in a gourmet cookie. This cookie has a chocolate sugar cookie base, topped with mint fudge spread, topped with another cookie dough and THEN topped with melted chocolate. Lot's of layers for a 'thin' cookie.
 
Coconut Caramel Treasures - Another popular cookie offered by the girls. This elevated version encompasses the same shortbread flaky cookie topped with a mound of coconut mixture and drizzled with melted chocolate. YUM!
 
Come Alongs - I can't get over how good these are. They have a shortbread cookie base, filled with a peanut butter mixture, topped with a chocolate cookie and drizzled in more chocolate. The extra steps of making two different cookies to come together is so worth it!
 
Cowgirls - This thick cookie sandwich just melts in your mouth. The peanut butter oatmeal cookies filled with peanut butter cream make the perfect marriage that will leave you wanting more.
 
Full of Adventure - A little bitter, a little sweet, what could be better?
